We conducted a comparative test of disinfection using a cutting board. (According to our company's tests) *Detailed evidence is currently available for free to customers who inquire. The cutting board was cleaned with "tap water" and "Super Electrolyzed Water Clean Shu! Shu!" respectively, and the moisture was wiped off. After cleaning, agar medium was pressed onto the cutting board and cultured under conditions of 37°C for 24 hours to investigate whether bacteria would grow on the agar medium.
